James is the founder of the House of Wealth. James has enjoyed a remarkable career as an accountant, starting back in 2002 before spending some time working as a real estate agent to learn more about property investment and negotiation techniques.

Then, comfortable with what he had learned and uncomfortable with the environment, James joined his father, Dale at Gatherum-Goss & Assoc where he quickly established himself as Dale's second in command.

James has developed a reputation as a sought after and accomplished public speaker, talking at investment conferences and seminars around Australia. With a relaxed style and expert knowledge, James is regularly invited to speak at events and has held presentations in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Canberra. James is also an experienced investor in his own right, starting in property investment back when he was just nineteen years old. He has also been successfully investing in shares and businesses since even earlier and is keen to share his experiences and knowledge with you.
